On average, there are 130 suicides per day in the U.S. and Blue Monday is the third Monday of every New Year. Blue Monday is said to be the most depressing day of the year. We provide 130 T-REX costumes for 130 people to create a sense of hope, remembrance and support.

Our goal is to unite our communities all over the U.S. and provides an opportunity to acknowledge the ways in which suicide and mental health conditions have affected our lives and the lives of those we love and care about.

Listening Series is a micro healing event focused on bringing mental health education to communities impacted by the lack of proper mental health education, awareness, and access to care using music, art, and storytelling.

Our listening series was designed to be intimate and authentic. We create a space for people to come in and share their stories and have mental health professionals moderating the conversation.
